Never cough into your hands.It’s an easy way to spread germs.

Do’s
Turn your head away from other people when you cough or sneeze.

Cover nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.

Sneeze, blow your nose or cough into a disposable tissue and discard the tissue immediately into a bin.
No tissues

If you don’t have a tissue available, cough or sneeze into your inner elbow or arm rather than the palms of your hands.

After coughing, sneezing or handling used tissues it is important to do hand hygiene.

Hand hygiene can be done by using soap and water or with an alcohol-based hand rub/sanitizer.

Social distiancing
Keep at least a 1 meter distance from other people if you are coughing and sneezing.This prevents droplets from being transmitted to other people nearby.
