How do we control the Quality?

Quality control is the most important part in the production process of Water Bottles,Hip Flask,Vacuum Flask,Travel mug or other stainless steel bottles,YingYou pay more attention to quality control,We have more than 15 quality inspectors,Each batch of materials shall be inspected and inspection records shall be kept,One inspector shall be assigned to each process,Three inspectors shall be assigned to polishing process for full inspection,And two inspectors shall be assigned to painting process for  full inspection,The first worker in the packaging line is the quality inspection personnel,Qualified product will flow to the next step.

All the packed goods will put on pallet and merge into warehouse,We will according 2.5/4.0 to pick the corresponding quantity finished products to inspection,Some customers have special requirements,We will extract products according to customer requirements.We will check the size,Weight,Material,Capacity,Drop box,Water leakage test,Thermal insulation test,Paint fastness test,Stability test
